Any support request that we receive will only be completed after positive feedback from the user. The solution of each problem serves as the basis for another knowledge base entry for this project / solution.
All this - and much more - is provided by our REALTECH Service Management Software out of the box. But it doesn't have to be our complete ITSM solution to realise this integration. You don't have to throw proven and powerful Service Desk systems like Jira, ServiceNow, BMC or helpLine overboard. You can integrate the described automatisms as an app into existing systems.
The first stage of our customer service process involves receiving all support requests from users. This first point of contact is able to solve simple problems using the contrimo Knowledge Base. It also questions, evaluates, and prioritises more complex requests to resolve the issue more quickly and efficiently at a higher level of support.
The reports filed outside of our business hours will not be processed until the next working day. The SAP processes the "Very High" priority messages immediately. In order to ensure that you as a customer are always well informed about how a message can be submitted outside of business hours, our answering machine with the relevant information is available to you. In the Customer Guide, you will learn how to proceed in the event of a system shutdown, for example, to submit the message to SAP for immediate processing. You will also receive detailed information about the message task in SAP Solution Manager and a description of the message task outside of our business hours.
Tools such as "Shortcut for SAP Systems" allow for a quick fix in SAP support.
