SAP Basis is a middleware tool for applications, operating system and database. The SAP Basis consultant should be able to perform the following tasks.

System updates

The cause of the error can be found in the appropriate protocol, for example in the import or generation protocol. If the generation (tp-Step G) is aborted, you can either fix the errors immediately or after the commit is completed. In the latter case, you must do the following: To ignore the generation errors, select Additions Ignore Gen Error. Continue the playback. SAP Basis is also known as module BC or application Basis. In this context, SAP Basis refers to all transactions, programs and objects that control the functions of the overall system. This includes, among other things, user and authorization management as well as the configuration of interfaces via RFC.
